Major redesign of user interface
Ported to C++Builder 10 32-bit BCC compiler

2785	Sentinel LDK Info option should be disabled when Master Key is absent
2783	Cannot open Licence tab without dongle present
2782	Program does not read dongle memory size from v2c file
2781	Provide ability to generate v2c files from customer-supplied c2v files
2780	ClearLegacy<Program>Licence() function does not clear network licence details from HASP memory
2198	Date box is not wide enough to show complete date in format
