Priority software support

Priority support can be purchased for an annual period and provides all of the benefits of Basic Support:

  1. Help installing the program. Geocentrix provides help via telephone, fax, or e-mail to enable you to install and run the software
  2. Free downloads of all program updates from the Geocentrix website. Geocentrix provides maintenenace releases (service packs) for all its programs from time-to-time. These are available for free download from Geocentrix's web site
  3. Frequently asked questions (FAQs). Lists of frequently asked question (FAQs) are published on Geocentrix's web site and are available 24 hours a day to answer your questions
  4. Access to the Geocentrix software forum

plus:

  1. Help getting the most out of Geocentrix's software. Geocentrix provides free-of-charge help via telephone, fax, or e-mail to enable you to get the most out of your software. Advice is available on how best to use our programs, understanding the various implemented design standards, overcoming limitations in the design methods, customizing the programs, etc. Contact Geocentrix's support team, at support@geocentrix.co.uk, who will endeavour to reply to your question within one business day
  2. Automatic supply of all service packs on CD. All service packs will be sent to you automatically as and when they become available. No need to worry whether you have the latest version of our software!
  3. Access to the dedicated software support forum. Each program has its own technical support forum that you can participate in.
  4. Discounts on upgrades and training
  5. Opportunity to influence future program direction. Participate in field tests and gain early sight of products under development
