Improvements in this release are:
1786 Tutorial4.rpx and associated files (Step2.rpx to Step6.rpx) contain invalid data
1782 '<Stiffness.shear_modulus>' appears twice in RPX file
1781 Increase maximum pile cap thickness to 5m
1780 Place 'Piles' group after 'Dimensions' in Property Inspector for pile groups
1779 Pile cap is not drawn on plan view
1776 Pile cap thickness reverts to 0.5m on reopening project
