Hotfixes 2 and 3 for Update 18

Some customers who have installed Update 18 have reported problems to us with this release:
1204: Program shuts down when attempting to print
1183: Error message after updating software: 'The security key attached to this computer does not authorize you to run ReWaRD 2.5'
