Refund Policy

For software and books, we do not issue refunds after a purchase has been made and the goods have been dispatched.

For training courses, ad admin charge of £50 + VAT applies to cancellations received over 30 days before the course; no refund is given for cancellations within 30 days of the course, although delegates may be substituted instead. Courses may be cancelled by Geocentrix if they are under-subscribed, in which case a full refund is offered.
