To update ReActiv
- Uninstall your existing version of ReActiv via Windows Control Panel
- Download the update to a convenient folder on your local computer (e.g. WINDOWS\TEMP)
- Install the update by choosing the Run... command on Windows' Start Menu. Enter the path to the installation program in the Open field (e.g. WINDOWS\TEMP\ReActiv1Setup.exe) and click OK
- Follow the on-screen instructions
- Run ReActiv by choosing Programs > Geocentrix > ReActiv 1.6 from Windows' Start Menu
Latest device drivers for ReActiv
To obtain the latest device drivers for ReActiv, please follow these instructions:
- Visit this link to Aladdin's website
- Locate the table entitled "HASP Device Driver Downloads"
- Locate the row entitled "HASP HL Device Driver GUI Installation"
- Download and decompress the corresponding zip file to a temporary folder on your computer
- Run the setup program (HASPUserSetup.exe)
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Special note for network editions of ReActiv
To obtain the latest version of the Network Licence Manager that is used to provide ReActiv's networking capabilities, please follow these instructions:
- Visit this link to Aladdin's website
- Locate the table entitled "The Latest NetHASP License Manager (LM) Downloads"
- Locate the row entitled "HASP License Manager"
- Download and decompress the corresponding zip file to a temporary folder on your computer
- Run the setup program (lmsetup.exe)
- Follow the on-screen instructions
