Basic software support

All Geocentrix software comes with FREE basic support for the lifetime of the product.

Basic support includes:

  1. Help installing the program within 30 days of purchase. Geocentrix provides help via telephone, fax, or e-mail to enable you to install and run the software
  2. Free downloads of all program updates from the Geocentrix website. Geocentrix provides maintenenace releases (service packs) for all its programs from time-to-time. These are available for free download from Geocentrix's web site
  3. Frequently asked questions (FAQs). Lists of frequently asked question (FAQs) are published on Geocentrix's web site and are available 24 hours a day to answer your questions
  4. Access to the Geocentrix software forum

Paid support

Geocentrix provides paid support via telephone, fax, or e-mail on an as-needed basis at a price of £100 +VAT per incident. Please contact us to arrange for paid support.

If you need paid support, it is far more economic to purchase priority support.
