All Geocentrix software comes with FREE basic support for the lifetime of the product.
Basic support includes:
- Help installing the program within 30 days of purchase. Geocentrix provides help via telephone, fax, or e-mail to enable you to install and run the software
- Free downloads of all program updates from the Geocentrix website. Geocentrix provides maintenenace releases (service packs) for all its programs from time-to-time. These are available for free download from Geocentrix's web site
- Frequently asked questions (FAQs). Lists of frequently asked question (FAQs) are published on Geocentrix's web site and are available 24 hours a day to answer your questions
- Access to the Geocentrix software forum
Paid support
Geocentrix provides paid support via telephone, fax, or e-mail on an as-needed basis at a price of £100 +VAT per incident. Please contact us to arrange for paid support.
If you need paid support, it is far more economic to purchase priority support.
