Hot fixes for Update 7

There are no hot fixes necessary for Update 7 at present.

Note for existing Repute 1.0 users

To upgrade the licence stored in your security key from version 1.0 to 1.5, you will need to install and run our upgrade utility Registrar.

You can run Repute 1.5 and Repute 1.0 Update 10 (or later) on the same computer using your Repute 1.5 licence number. However, you cannot run Repute 1.5 with Repute 1.0 Update 9 (or earlier).

Repute 1.0 Update 10

Development of Repute 1.0 has ceased. This is the last update for this version of the program:

You MUST uninstall any existing version of Repute before installing Update 10. If you are running a network edition of Repute prior to Update 9, you MUST update the Network Licence Manager (see instructions below).

Please contact Geocentrix Technical Support to obtain a password to unlock this update.

To update Repute

1. Uninstall your existing version of Repute via Windows Control Panel
2. Download the update to a convenient folder on your local computer (e.g. C:\TEMP)
3. Install the update by choosing the Run... command on Windows' Start Menu. Enter the path to the installation program in the Open field (e.g. C:\TEMP\Repute1[.x]Setup.exe) and click OK
4. Follow the on-screen instructions
5. Run Repute by choosing Programs > Geocentrix > Repute 1.x from Windows' Start Menu

Latest device drivers for Repute

To obtain the latest device drivers for Repute, please follow these instructions:

1. Visit this link to Aladdin's website
2. Locate the table entitled "HASP Device Driver Downloads"
3. Locate the row entitled "HASP HL Device Driver GUI Installation"
4. Download and decompress the corresponding zip file to a temporary folder on your computer
5. Run the setup program (HASPUserSetup.exe)
6. Follow the on-screen instructions

Special note for network editions of Repute

To obtain the latest version of the Network Licence Manager that is used to provide Repute's networking capabilities, please follow these instructions:

1. Visit this link to Aladdin's website
2. Locate the table entitled "The Latest NetHASP License Manager (LM) Downloads"
3. Locate the row entitled "HASP License Manager"
4. Download and decompress the corresponding zip file to a temporary folder on your computer
5. Run the setup program (lmsetup.exe)
